For the 20th anniversary of ILAPEO, a dental research and education institute, we created a garden of illuminated giant organza flowers at Brazil’s National Dental Congress. Healthcare conferences tend to feel cold and formal. The goal was to welcome professionals and VIP guests with a setting that spoke of life, growth and warmth. At varying heights, the flowers created depth and filled the space with color: orange, pink, yellow, lilac and white. The highlight was the light installed at the center and base of each flower, which made the petals glow. Beyond the wow factor, the lighting removed harsh shadows and ensured flattering photos for guests. A celebration worthy of a 20-year milestone.
