This notice brings together important information about the content of this website, the nature of the pieces produced by JB Estúdio Criativo LTDA (CNPJ 62.200.203/0001-89), a Brazilian company based in Curitiba, and the care required when using our works. 1. Handcrafted nature of the pieces

Every piece is a hand-sculpted floral artwork, made to order. Variations in finish, petal drape, texture, and tone from one piece to another are inherent to the handmade process and part of each work's authorial character.

Photographs on the website are representative of the piece and the completed project. Colors seen on screen vary depending on your monitor, phone, and the lighting in your environment. When color accuracy matters to your project, request material references before purchasing.

2. Measurements

All dimensions listed on the website are in centimeters. Check your available space and access points (doors, elevators, hallways) before purchasing large pieces.

3. Use, safety, and care

These pieces are decorative objects. They are not toys, should not be handled by children without supervision, and are not structural or load-bearing.

The materials used — organza, crepe paper, EVA foam, and heavyweight cardstock — are flammable. Keep pieces away from open flames, candles, heat sources, incandescent lighting fixtures, and heat-generating equipment. For scenic design, use cool lighting (LED) and keep a safe distance from light fixtures.

To preserve your piece: keep it indoors, dry, and well-ventilated; avoid direct sunlight, which fades the materials; avoid moisture, rain, and contact with water; clean only with a soft brush, a soft-bristle brush, or low-pressure cold air; don't use damp cloths, solvents, or cleaning products.

Suspended, overhead, or structurally mounted installations must be set up by qualified professionals, in accordance with site conditions and the safety regulations in force in the country and city where the piece is installed. We are not responsible for installations carried out by third parties.

4. Portfolio, clients, and third-party trademarks

The projects shown on this website document work actually carried out by JB Estúdio. Names and trademarks of companies, institutions, press outlets, and individuals mentioned in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are cited solely as a reference to the work performed, under the right of citation provided for in Brazilian copyright law.

This mention does not imply any corporate affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, ongoing partnership, or commercial representation between JB Estúdio and the brands cited.

5. Testimonials and results

Testimonials, case studies, and results shown refer to specific projects carried out in specific contexts. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee of an equivalent result on another project, which depends on scope, space, materials, timeline, and the particular conditions of each engagement.

6. Prices and published information

Prices, dimensions, timelines, and descriptions published on this website may be changed without prior notice. We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but typos or outdated details can happen. In such cases, JB Estúdio may correct the information and, if an order is affected, cancel it with a full refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Quotes for made-to-measure projects are valid for the period stated in the proposal itself and are binding only within that period.
