For a Sweet 16 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we created giant organza flowers up to 3 meters (10 ft) tall and an illuminated hanging garden. It was the first party at a brand-new event venue, and the decor would also help present the space to future clients. The challenge was to fill the room at different heights, from the ceiling to the table. The giant flowers, in red and copper, frame the lounge and the dessert table. On the ceiling, hanging flowers with light bulbs at their centers work as lamps and spread an amber light that reinforces the warm color palette. Ceiling, table and lounge became a single setting. Immersive Sweet 16 decor, with giant flowers from end to end.
