For a Sweet 16 at Graciosa Country Club in Curitiba, Brazil, we created an illuminated giant butterfly, 3 x 3 meters (10 x 10 ft), that became the photo spot at the entrance. The project called for something different from our usual flowers. The butterfly has a metal frame, fabric wings with an exclusive print designed for the party's visual identity, and built-in lighting that makes the wings glow like stained glass. Around it, we created a wall of falling golden leaves that frames the piece and reflects the light. The result brings together three crafts, metalwork, sewing and lighting, in a single piece. Sweet 16 decor created to match the party's identity.
