Ephemeral Garden in Warm Tones: A Sweet 15 Awakening

For a Sweet 15 celebration at the prestigious Clube Curitibano, the brief called for instant wonder. The installation transformed the hall into an immersive art gallery, using the unmistakable texture of giant Italian crepe paper flowers.

The Challenge

Filling a vast, dark-walled hall while keeping it warm, vibrant, and exclusive is a recurring challenge for large parties. The focal point was required behind the mirrored dessert table with its gold framework — and the installation needed to convey the debutante's youthful energy while maintaining the sophistication Clube Curitibano demands.

The Floral Installation

The warm-toned palette — bubblegum pink, fuchsia, deep red, vibrant orange, and touches of pale pink — created a dramatic contrast against the hall's black wall. Each Italian crepe paper flower was hand-sculpted, chosen for its ability to hold shape and its crinkled texture, which catches stage lighting and adds depth to every petal.

Rather than the traditional technique of gluing flowers to the wall, we opted for long, sinuous, freestanding stems, giving the installation the look of a garden "growing" up from the floor, wrapping around the dessert table and the guests. The 3D volume guaranteed impact from any photo angle.
