The Giant Lily of the Valley in Wedding Floral Installations

In the world of outdoor weddings and monumental ceremonies, we reinterpreted one of the most romantic and traditional flowers in wedding history at giant scale: the Lily of the Valley, hand-sculpted in EVA foam for altars, ceremony aisles, and photo opportunities.

The Challenge

The real Lily of the Valley is tiny and delicate, with small hanging bell-shaped blooms. The challenge was carrying that delicacy over to a giant scale — over 6.5 feet (2 meters) tall — without the flower losing its poetic lightness. For outdoor weddings, in a field or on the beach, the pieces also needed to hold up against breeze and sunlight, keeping their visual integrity from the start to the end of the ceremony.

The Floral Installation

The choice of material was the turning point: high-density, heavyweight EVA foam, shaped through 100% hand thermoforming, allowed each white bell to be sculpted with the exact curve of the natural flower — a satin, full-bodied look that reflects natural light without appearing artificial.

The stems were designed to bend gracefully under the visual weight of the flowers, mimicking the natural drape of the Lily of the Valley. The contrast of immaculate white against textured green foliage frames the altar and the couple.
