The Garden of Innovation at ILAPEO's 20th Anniversary

To celebrate ILAPEO's 20th anniversary, at the National Dentistry Congress, the goal was to transcend the traditional feel of a healthcare congress and create an atmosphere of wonder — a visual landmark that told the institute's story and welcomed healthcare professionals and VIP guests.

The Challenge

Medical and dental congresses tend to have cold, visually rigid spaces. The challenge was to find elements that broke that rigidity without losing elegance — a setting that conveyed life, growth, and warmth, representing the institute's journey (symbolized by a giant scenic book).

The Floral Installation

We developed a garden of giant organza flowers, arranged at varying heights to create depth. The vibrant colors — warm oranges, deep pinks, sunny yellows, and touches of lilac and white — brought the energy of a 20-year milestone.

The project's standout feature was integrating LED lighting directly into the flower centers and bases: the light passes through organza's fine weave, creating radiant petals and eliminating harsh shadows in guest photos — ideal for trade shows, hotel foyers, and congress halls, where controlled lighting creates immersive atmospheres.
