Cycles in Bloom at the Paraná State Government

For the hall of the Paraná State Government, in Curitiba, we went beyond botanical sculptures: we took on the art direction and execution of the entire installation, from the graphic design of the backdrop panel to the setup of the giant flowers — a full 360° solution for institutional communication that evolves with the calendar.

The Challenge

Keeping the hall of a government building visually engaging throughout the entire last quarter of the year, without restructuring the space every month, takes more than one-off decoration. The client's pain point was managing multiple vendors — what was needed was a studio able to centralize everything, from backdrop panel design to the artistic impact of the sculptures, with a solid base structure that allowed for quick thematic transitions, from Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Pink October) to Christmas.

The Floral Installation

We developed a modular installation: the banner's graphic art and the three-dimensional sculptures were designed to work in perfect harmony. In Phase 1 (October and November), we united the health awareness campaigns, framing the official banner with giant flowers in pink and blue tones. In Phase 2 (Christmas), we activated the project's modularity: we swapped the banner for a holiday message and replaced the flowers with stunning giant red flowers, inspired by traditional poinsettias.

The base structure — armatures and ground foliage — was kept between phases, optimizing the client's investment and delivering a complete refresh of the space in record time.
